Payment Policy

Payment in full is required for online bookings. Your credit card will be charged in full to complete your booking.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, you will be charged one night's stay and a cancellation fee of $20.00.
If you cancel earlier than 7 days prior to arrival a $20.00 cancellation fee per site/room will be deducted from any payments.
If you book through a third party (online travel agent) you're booking is non-refundable.
No refunds will be given for early departures or late arrivals.
A no-show is considered a cancelled booking and will be treated as such.
No refunds for inclement weather conditions.

Camp Rules

CHECK IN FROM 1pm.  All campers must check in at the office on arrival and be allocated a site.
CHECK OUT - 10am for Cabins - 11.30am for Camp Sites.
If you require a late check-out you must arrange this at the office the day before departure. Additional charges may apply.

ADMINISTRATION OF RULES/ RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED
The Duvauchelle Reserve Management Committee reserve the right to set rules for the operation of the Holiday Park.  The Camp Managers have full authority for the administration of these rules and regulations. They have the right to instruct anyone, at any time, to leave the Holiday Park for breaching the Holiday Park Rules or behaving in a socially unacceptable way.

SPEED LIMIT
CAMP ROADS TO BE KEPT CLEAR AT ALL TIMES FOR SAFETY AND EMERGENCIES.
A 10 kph speed limit is strictly enforced within the camp limits for all vehicles.

PARKING
All vehicles and boats to be parked in their designated area.

BICYCLES/SKATEBOARDS
HELMETS MUST BE WORN by adults as well as children. No riding after dark.

PLAYGROUNDS/TENNIS COURTS 
The playground is for children 12 and under. Parents must ensure their children are adequately
supervised when using the play equipment. Use of the playground equipment is not
permitted after dark. Tennis Courts are not to be used after 10 p.m.

STORAGE OF FUEL FOR BOATS ETC
Containers of fuel must be stored with the campers boats. FUEL IS NOT TO BE KEPT IN, UNDER OR NEAR CABINS, CARAVANS OR TENTS .

FIRES
No fires, naked flames or fireworks are allowed in the holiday park area. Only Gas barbecues are allowed.

VISITORS
Campers are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors and must be gone from the holiday park by 10.30pm.

DOGS
Dogs are strictly prohibited anywhere in the Holiday Park. This includes visitors dogs. Only disability dogs are exempt.

NOISE
Consider other campers at all times. NO NOISE AFTER 11PM

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL
Drugs are prohibited. Intoxicated people will not be tolerated.

RUBBISH/RECYCLING
Please sort your rubbish/recycling and put in correct bins which are clearly labelled.

FISH CLEANING
Cleaning of fish or fishing nets is prohibited in the area of the Holiday Park.

ELECTRICAL WARRANT OF FITNESS
All vehicles/caravans must display a current electrical warrant of fitness. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the electricity supply being disconnected.

MAXIMUM NUMBERS
of people staying on any site is not to exceed 6.  This is to limit demands on the Park’s facilities.

COMPLAINTS
Please let us know promptly if there is a problem and we will do our best to resolve it.
